いつもThe Shamisenistsを応援頂き、誠にありがとうございます。
2023年1月11日バンドのYouTubeチャンネルにて公開した動画にてご報告致しましたが、The Shamisenistsは2023年2月3日 東京・青山 月見ル君思フで開催するニューアルバム『PLAY!』のリリース・イベントを最後に、暫くライブ活動を休止致します。
The Shamisenistsは、メンバーそれぞれが1人のミュージシャンとして活動しつつ、バンド活動も行っています。今回のライブ活動休止は、個々のミュージシャンとして己の実力を高め、活動の幅を広げる時間を捻出する為の決断であり、バンドが飛躍する為の充電期間になります。また、この期間中に表立った活動は行いませんが、The Shamisenistsが今後さらに活動規模を広げる為の様々な準備もしてまいります。
メンバーそれぞれの活動は各個人のSNSにて発信、The Shamisenistsに関連する活動や情報についてはバンドのSNSでもお知らせ致します。また活動再開時期につきましては現在のところ未定ですが、こちらも決定し次第 バンドのSNS等にてお知らせ致します。
最後になりましたが、日頃よりThe Shamisenistsを応援して下さるファンの皆様、関係者の皆様には、メンバー全員 心より感謝しております。皆様のご期待にお応えできるよう、さらなる研鑽をつみ、一回りも二回りも大きくなって帰ってまいりますので、今後とも変わらぬご支援の程、何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

Thank you for always supporting The Shamisenists.
We will be taking a break from live performances for a while after the PLAY! release event to be held at the Moon Romantic in Aoyama Tokyo on 3rd Feb 2023. As this will be our last live performance for some time, we would love for you to come!
The Shamisenists is a band with each member also performing as a solo artist and we made this decision so we can focus on our solo careers for now. We also will be preparing for the band’s next step during this break.
The activities of each member will be shared on their social media, and information related to The Shamisenists will be posted on the band's social media including the announcement of the band’s resuming performances.
JACK, YUJI, and KYOHEI would like to thank all the fans and people who support the band from the bottom of our hearts. The Shamisenists will continue to try harder and come back bigger and better, so we ask for your continued support in the future.
